Fish Curry Masala 100g

Mix 500g of fish with 50g of powder made into a fine paste using water, then sauté some sliced garlic and ginger, stir in the paste with 1-2 slices of Malabar tamarind (kudampuli) and let it cook, then add and cook the fish, and finally season with crushed curry leaves.
