It was so easy to make aviyal and thoran without going through the trouble of grating and grinding, thanks to this! Had no synthetic taste that is usually associated with similar packaged products.

Made avial one time and thoran another time with Indispice's Avial and Thoran mix. Same great taste as making it from scratch. Using this mix helps saves time :).

It is a home made mix with no additional shelf life preserving ingredients.

Love the fish curry masala!! We make the Kerala fish curry regularly and this mix helps me make it effortlessly knowing that all the right flavors are packed in this mix. This mix gives the correct consistency for the gravy which is another thing that is important for us. It is not overly spicy like some other name brand masala mixes are. My whole family including 2 little kids relished the fish curry :)

I made chicken fry using the IndiSpice Chicken Fry Masala last weekend and it was absolutely delicious.
